Friday Food Plan 12/6

A great way to save extra money in your budget is to Menu Plan. No we don't always exactly stick to the plan and those times we just move the meal to the next week. I always have cereal, oatmeal, muffins and such around for breakfast or we can have smoothies from fruit and yogurt we have in the freezer.  Lunches vary from sandwiches, frozen dinners, leftovers, etc :)

Friday: Beef Stew (perfect crockpot meal for a snowy cold night!)

Saturday: Chicken & Noodles, Green Beans

Sunday: Ham & Beans, Cornbread

Monday: Stuffed Peppers, Rice

Tuesday: Pizza, Veggies & Ranch

Wednesday: Sloppy Joe, Mac & Cheese

Thursday: BBQ Ribs, Baked Sweet Potatoes, Corn

52 Week Money Saving Challenge

So I saw a cool idea on Pinterest and I think I am going to try it starting tomorrow, (well actually I am going to add week 1 & 2 tomorrow so I will be finished by Black Friday 2014). You put money in a jar that corresponds with the week you are on like this....

And as you can see by week 52 you will have $1378! That would be on heck of a Christmas Shopping Fund or even a great way to get your emergency fund started.

Airborne works by helping to boost your body's immune system with natural minerals and vitamins and giving the added "back up" it needs.

I was given the Chewables and the were easy to take and would be super easy to throw in your bag and keep on hand when ever needed.

MIX in salad dressing, FRANK's® RedHot® Sauce, and cheese. Stir in chicken.

I think this would be great with some tortilla chips as a cool play on nachos/queso type appetizers!
